The Office of the Controller of Examinations (OCE) published the results of the School Leaving Certificate (SLC) exams for the academic year 2069 BS on Tuesday.

According to Diwakar Dhungel, a member of the examination committee, 41.57 percent of the students who appeared in this years SLC examinations passed .This year’s pass percentage is six percent less than that of last year, which stood at 47.16 per cent.

A total of 547,165 students sat the 79th iteration of the SLC exams held on March 13-24 earlier this year. Of them, 430,097 are regular and 117,068 are exempted students.
