VACANCY NOTICE
A “C” class National Level Financial Institution, inviting applications from self-motivated, skilled, dynamic, competent, and result-oriented Nepalese individuals with a passion for excellence in the banking sector for the following positions:

1. Chief Credit Business Officer (Head Office – Kathmandu) – 1

Criteria:
- Master’s Degree in Management, Finance, Banking, or related field from a recognized university
- Minimum 7 years of banking experience with substantial exposure in credit and business development. Strong leadership and portfolio management skills.
- Age not exceed 45 years.

2. Chief Risk Officer (Head Office – Kathmandu) – 1

Criteria:
- Master’s Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Banking, or related discipline from a recognized university
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Banks and Financial Institutions with at least 3 years in Risk Management.
- Sound knowledge of NRB regulations, risk assessment, and enterprise risk management
- Age must not exceed 45 years.

3. Head - Compliance (Head Office – Kathmandu) – 1

Criteria:
- Master’s Degree in Management, Finance, Law, or related discipline from a recognized university Minimum 5 years of experience in
- Banks and Financial Institutions with at least 3 years in compliance, audit, or regulatory affairs.
- Thorough knowledge of Acts, Rules, NRB directives, and institutional compliance frameworks
- Age must not exceed 45 years.

4. Head IT (Head Office – Kathmandu) – 1

Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking IT Operations, Digital Banking, Cyber Security, Networking Codes, and Core Banking Systems.
- Knowledge of banking technology infrastructure and information security frameworks
- Age must not exceed 45 years.

5. Branch Managers – Few (For Lumbini and Bagmati Provinces)

Criteria:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized University (Master’s degree preferred)
- At least 3 years of banking experience in Banks and Financial Institutions, preferably in Credit, Operations, relationship management, or previous experience as a Branch Manager.
- Strong Leadership, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management Skills.
- Age must not exceed 35 years.

Additional Requirements: Applicants should possess positive and can do attitude with excellent communication skills, a smart personality pleasant, cheerful nature, and strong interpersonal skills.
