Innovative Development Bank Ltd., having its working area at Rupandehi, Nawalparasi and Chitwan, invites application from the energetic and highly motivated qualified, experienced and result oriented Nepalese candidates for the following positions within 15 days of the first publication date.

1. Post: Assistant Manager (ONE)
> Master’s degree in Management /MBA/MBS/ Economics or equivalent degree.
> Minimum 3 years of banking exposure in officer level in the areas of management, marketing, compliance, core banking software (Pumori plus)
> Age not exceeding 45 at the end of application date.

 2. Post: Junior Officer (IT-ONE)
> Bachelor’s degree in IT related field BCA/BIT/B.Sc.IT/B.E. or equivalent degree.
> Minimum 2 years of banking exposure in the areas of IT infrastructure, management, core banking software (Pumori plus), network, security, card operations and hardware.
> Age not exceeding 35 at the end if application date.

3. Post: Senior Assistant (IT-ONE)
> Diploma degree in Computer and communication or equivalent degree of IT field.
> Minimum 2 years of banking exposure in the areas of IT infrastructure, hardware.
> Age not exceeding 30 at the end if application date.

4. Post: Senior Assistant (FEW)
> PCL Degree or 10+2 in Business Administration/ Management/Economics.
> Minimum 2 years of banking exposure with excellent computer skills.
> Age not exceeding 30 at the end of application date.

5. Post: Assistant (Few)
> PCL Degree or 10+2 in Business Administration/ Management/Economics or equivalent degree.
> Preference will be given to those who have received banking and computer training.
> Age not exceeding 30 at the end of the application date.

6. Post: Junior Assistant (FEW)
> 10+2/ Intermediate in management, Economics or equivalent degree.
> Age not exceeding 30 at the end of application date.

7. Post: Messenger (ONE)
> 10 pass or equivalent
> Age not exceeding 45 at the end of application date.

Note:
> In case of female candidates their age limit will be considered 5 years plus in all posts.
