Branch In charge (Officer Level/ Managerial Level) -

Criteria:
> Age- not exceeding 35 years on Dec 25th 2016
> Qualification- Minimum 2nd division in Bachelor Degree (Field of study: Management / Economics) from a recognized university, preference shall be given to master degree holder.
> Experience- Minimum 4 years in Banking/financial sector with at least 2 years of experience as officer/ branch In charge.

Required knowledge and skills:
> Should be familiar with overall credit and operation functions of finance company.
> Should be able to lead the branch effectively.
> Should be skillful in attracting new deposit and loan by providing a superior level of customer service and promoting service culture through proper guidance and staff motivation.
