Marketing Representative (Male & Female)
> Job Location: Kathmandu
> No. of Vacancies: 5

Educational Qualification:
> SLC and above, experience in similar field are preferable

Job Specifications:
> Dynamic Personality with strong communication skills
> Must have the leadership quality to initiate and close the deals confident
> Should have good marketing skills
> Should have good local public relation
> Should able to work under pressure
> Ability to give effective presentation to clients
> Ability to gain confidence and cooperation from clients
> Ability to set priorities, meet target & multitask

Job Description:
> Visit targeted area in Kathmandu for the potential growth of members or customers
> Collecting the daily saving and loan amount from the market
> Expand the number of members and transactions in designated area
> Monitor the designated area
> Handle complaints, suggestions, and updates from individual customers and members
> Conduct market research to expand the growth
> Consistently achieve monthly target and generate new business
> Attend meetings, training, seminars and other events
> Any other departmental tasks assigned by the Manager/ Managing Director

Salary: Basic Salary plus Attractive Incentives

Other Specific Requirements:
> Should posses his own motorbike with valid licence. Company will provide other benefits and incentives.
