1. Posiiton: Head-Research, Innovation & Product Development Department (Upto Managerial Level)
- No. of Seats: 1

Eligibility Criteria:
- At least Master’s Degree in Business, Management or Economics from a recognized University
- Minimum 7 Years experience in Research, Innovation and Development in the relevant field within banking, financial services, consulting, research, strategy, innovation, etc.
- Experience in Banking sector will be an added advantage

Other Specification:
- Strong understanding of Nepal’s banking and financial sector, economic trends and regulatory environment.
- Experience in Financial sector’s strategic planning, product development, digital transformation and research will be preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, report-writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and research tools and applications

2. Job Title: Civil Engineer (Upto Managerial Level)

Eligibility Criteria:
- At least B.E-Civil Engineering or Equivalent from a recognized University, higher education qualification preferred
- Must hold valid Nepal Engineering Council membership
- Minimum 5 Years experience in Project Development and supervision preferably in Hydropower, big construction related projects
- Proficient in engineering/design software
- Knowledge of building codes and construction related regulations
- Experience in Banking sector will be an added advantage
