VACANCY NOTICE
Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Ltd. (NSMBL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Nepal SBI Bank and one of the emerging investment banking institutions having foreign collaboration with SBI Capital Markets Limited (India) seeks for application from dynamic, energetic, self-motivated leaders for the following positions.

1. Chief Operating Officer (COO)- Manager Level-1
Education Qualification:
Master's Degree in Management/Finance/Economics or related field from recognized university or CA dégree

Experience:
More than 5 years in Capital Market/Investment Banking/Banking etc. Preference shall be given to those who have already worked in capital market/merchant banking/securities business.

Age:
Not exceeding 40 years as on last date of application.

2. Head Investment Banking-Officer Level-1
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management/Finance/Economics or related field from recognized university.

Experience:
- More than 2 years in Capital Market/Investment Banking/Banking etc.

Age:
- Not exceeding 35 years as on last date of application

3. Research Unit- Assistant Level - 1
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management/Finance/Economics/Account or related field from recognized university.

Experience:
- More than 1 year experience in related field of Finance/Account/ Audit areas.

Age:
- Age not exceeding 30 years as on last date of application.

4. Trainee Assistant - 2

Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.

Age:
- Age not exceeding 30 years as on last date of application.
