NIC ASIA Capital Limited is looking for highly motivated, dynamic and career oriented qualified individuals to join the team in the following role:

Position: HR Assistant (Contract)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Recruitment & Hiring Process.
- Maintain Employee Records & HR Administration.
- Facilitate Employee Relations & Engagement.
- Ensure Compliance & Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws, company standards and other activities as per departmental requirement.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Management (completed or running).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
