1. Corporate Advisory
A. Jr Officer to Sr. Officer
> Number of Vacancies: 1

Education:
> Master’s Degree in Commerce/ Economics/ Finance/ Management from recognized university or ACCA / CA / CAP and Bachelor’s degree in Management.

Experience:
> At least 3 years of experience in Credit Department at Commercial or Development Banks of Nepal as Relationship Manager.
> Age not exceeding 35 years as on deadline of application.

Other qualities:
> Adequate knowledge of valuation, modelling and Project Management related certification.
> Adequate knowledge of Companies Act, Company Registration procedure and taxation policy and procedures in contest of Nepal.
> Proficient in both English and Nepali typing.
> Proficient in MS excel.
> High level of commitment towards the job.
> Flexibility in office timing without time constraint.

2. Merchant Banking
B. Officer to Assistant Manager
> Number of Vacancies: 1

Education:
> Master’s Degree in Commerce/ Economics/ Finance/ Management from recognized university or ACCA/ CA/CAP and Bachelor’s Degree in Management.

Experience:
> At least 3 years experience in related field. Age not exceeding 35 years as on deadline of application.

Other qualities:
> Adequate knowledge of By-Laws of regulatory bodies (SEBON, CDSC and NEPSE) regarding Issue Management, Stock Listing in NEPSE and CDSC and Underwriting.
> Proficient in both English and Nepali typing.
> High level of commitment towards the job.
> Leadership quality to lead the department to achieve the organizational goals.
> Flexibility in office timing without time constraint.
