B.O.K. Capital Market Limited a subsidiary company of Bank of Kathmandu Limited incorporated under Company Act, 2063 with the objective of providing merchant banking service is licensed from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). Capital has been providing merchant banking services along with investment banking and further, considering to grow its business to a sizeable portfolio invites applications from highly dynamic, energetic, dedicated, pragmatic, and performance oriented candidates (Nepali Citizen) to lea the Capital as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

CEO shall be responsible for the overall strategic leadership and management of the company and shall be accountable to the Board of Directors.

The Key responsibilities include formulating and implementing effective strategic plans, providing strategic direction and leadership for the achievement of the B.O.K. Capital vision, mission, strategy, and annual goal, representing the B.O.K. Capital externally, and building and nurturing sound relationship with all the stakeholders of the B.O.K. Capital.

Qualification and Experience:
Candidates must:
> Possess at least 8 years’ experience in the field of Merchant banking and Capital Market after holding at least Master’s Degree from recognized University.
> Possess minimum Master’s Degree in Management/Commerce/Finance/Accounts/Economics/Statistics/Business Administration/Commercial Law.
