VACANCY NOTICE
Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC - Nepal Oil Nigam) announces vacancy for the various Technical and Non- Technical positions.These positions are to be fulfilled by open and inclusive examination.

Position: Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Sr. Assistant, Assistant, Technician, Bowser Operator

- Level: 8th, 7th, 6th, 5th, 4th and Non-Level
- Educational Qualification: Class 8, T-SLC, SLC, PCL, Bachelor, CA, Master

Examination:
The written examination for all positions will be conducted by the Public Service Commission, with examination centers located in Kathmandu.

Age Limit
- For Level 4 and 5 (including non-level positions): Candidates must be at least 18 years old and not older than 35 years by the application deadline.
- For Level 6 and 7: Candidates must be at least 21 years old and not older than 35 years.
- For Level 8: Candidates must be at least 21 years old and not older than 45 years.
- For women and persons with disabilities, the upper age limit is 40 years (except for Level 8).
- Permanent employees of Nepal Oil Corporation are exempt from age limits.

Examination Fee
- Level 8, 7, and 6: Rs. 1,000
- Level 5: Rs. 400
- Level 4: Rs. 300
- Non-Level: Rs. 200

For candidates applying in more than one inclusive category for the same post, additional fees must be paid as follows:
- Level 6: Rs. 400 per category
- Level 5: Rs. 200 per category
- Level 4: Rs. 150 per category
 - Non-Level: Rs. 100 per category

Note: Double fee payment periods will not be considered for age, educational qualification, work experience, or other eligibility requirements.

Application Submission Deadline with Normal Fee:21 days from the date of publication of the notice i.e. 11 September 2025
Application Submission Deadline with Double late Fee: 7 days after the normal deadline i.e. 18 September 2025
