VACANCY NOTICE
The Karnali Pradesh Province Public Service Commission (PPSC Karnali, Karnali Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog), based in Birendranagar, Surkhet, invites applications for  Assistant Level 4thClass (Non-Technical/Technical) positions in Karnali Province Civil and Local Services. These vacant positions will be fulfilled by internal, inter-service, open and inclusive competitive examinations.

Position:  Assistant Level 4th Class (Non-Technical/Technical) positions

- Type of Examination: Written, practical, and interview (The medium of the written exam and the language will be as specified in the syllabus).
- Examination Center: As designated by the Commission.
- Application Fee:  NPR 400 per advertisement. For additional advertisements in the inclusive group, an additional fee of NPR 200 per group will be charged.
- Salary, Service Conditions, and Facilities: As per prevailing laws.

Age Limit :
- By 2082/01/15, candidates should have completed 18 years of age and should not exceed 35 years, for female candidates should not exceed 40 years.
- As per Sub-section (6) of Section 9 of the Karnali Province Civil Service Act, 2080 and Sub-section (7) of Section 10 of the Local Service (Formation and Operation) Act, 2081, the age limit shall not exceed 40 years for candidates mentioned under Sub-section (4) of Section 20.
- There is no age limit for positions in the Federal Civil Service, Provincial Civil Service, or permanent employees reinstated under local services.
- Employees continuously working in an approved permanent position at the local level at the time the Local Service (Formation and Operation) Act, 2081, came into effect, and who meet the minimum academic qualifications, are not subject to age limits.
