In order to strengthen and enhance our Alternative and Conventional Sales, we intend to hire potential candidates under various positions. Therefore, we announce this vacancy to invite application from all interested and qualified individuals to be member of our diverse team.

1. Province Head – Kathmandu Valley, Lumbini and Karnali
This position entails to specifically look into the overall function in the respective province/region. S/he will be responsible for formulating guiding and supervising business strategy and activities. S/he will directly report to management on the business plans and program.

Key requirements:
> Bachelor degree (Master degree preferred) of formal education.
> Atleast 10 years of work experience in marketing with 5 years in insurance industry.
> Prior engagement in similar position with proven track record would be an advantage.
> Well acquainted with the directives of the statutory body and life insurance products.
> Experienced in training and corporate culture.
> Strong leadership and business sense to communicate motivate and guide the team members.
> Valid driving license.
> Not exceeding 50 years of age.

2. Area Branch Managers / Branch Managers / Sales Executives
> Koshi Pradesh: Gaighat, Dhamak, Itahari, Biratnager, Rangeli, Inaruwa
> Madhesh Province: Lahan, Mirchaiya. Birgunj, Kalaiya, Lalbandi, Chapur, Mahendranagar ( Dhanusha), Nijgadh, Jaleshwor
> Bagmati Province: Kathmandu Valley, Panchkhal, Banepa, Sindhuli, Manthali, Chautara, Hatauda
> Gandaki Province: Kawasoti, Anbu, Khaireni, Dulegaunda, Gorkha, Sundarbazar, Besisahar, Pokhara, Syangja, Baglung, Beni, Burtibang
> Lumbini Province: Tulsipur, Ghorahi, Bhurigaon, Bhumahi, Devdaha, Chandrauta, Jeetpur (Kapilvastu), Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj, Kohalpur, Rampur (Palpa), Arghakhanchi, Pyuthan
> Karnali Province: Surkhet, Salyan
> Sudurpaschim Province: Dhangadi, Dadeldhhura, Tikapur

Key Requirements:
> Bachelor degree of formal education.
> Atleast 5 years of work experience in marketing and sales.
> Experience in insurance sector would be an advantage
> Strong communication and networking skills.
> Well-versed with usage of modern digital platforms.
> Having driving license.

3. Compliance Officer- Kathmandu
Key requirements:
> Master Degree in Insurance/Management/economics/Law from recognized University.
> Atleast 3 years of work experience in similar position.
> Comprehensive knowledge of legal regulation and industry specific guidelines.

4. Finance Department - Kathmandu
Key requirements:
> CAP II (3 years of article ship), Bachelor’s Degree of formal education.
> Prior work experience in similar position.
> Well versed in usage of MS-Office and software application.

5. Accounts Department – Kathmandu
Key Requirements:
> Bachelor’s degree in Management.
> Working knowledge in recording financial transactions, Bank reconciliation, tax and VAT.
> Well versed in usage of MS-Office and software application.
