KMC Grade 11 Second Nomination List 2083/2084: 13 June 2026
Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC), Office of the Municipal Executive, has published the Second-Phase Nomination List for students selected under the Grade 11 and 12 Scholarship Program for the academic session 2083/84.

The KMC 2nd phase nomination list has been prepared based on the final merit list, students’ academic stream preferences, institutional choices, reservation categories, and the scholarship seats remaining vacant after the first-round admission process.

Students nominated in the second phase must complete their admission process on: Asar 1, 2083 and Asar 2, 2083

HOW TO CHECK NOMINATION LIST RESULTS ?
To view the nomination list results, students can view list by entering their roll number, date of birth, and password (received via mobile/email) & download and print their nomination scorecards through the online application portal i.e. https://entrance.kathmandu.gov.np/  .

KMC Grade 11 Scholarships Result (1st Phase) 2083/2084 (5 June 2026)
The Kathmandu Metropolitan City has announced 1st Phase Nomination List (Matching List) results  of Class 11 scholarship entrance examination for the academic year 2083/2084 B.S.

Applicants can view, download and print their nomination list result through the online application portal https://entrance.kathmandu.gov.np/. using their roll number (given by KMC), date of birth and password received via mobile or email, and should be admitted to concerned schools by 2083-02-27 BS.

KMC Grade 11 Scholarships Result (Preliminary) 2083/2084 (31 May 2026)
The Kathmandu Metropolitan City has announced Preliminary results of Class 11 scholarship entrance examination for the academic year 2083/2084 B.S. According to today's decision (i.e. 18 Jestha 2083) by the Scholarship Examination Committee, the preliminary results, including the merit order of candidates who secured a minimum of 40 marks, have been published. The highest scorer obtained 92 marks, while another student secured 91 marks. Five students scored 90 marks. The final merit list will be published after the re-evaluation process, following which student nomination and school matching procedures will begin. 

HOW TO CHECK RESULTS ?
To view the results, by entering their roll number, date of birth, and password (received via mobile/email), applicants can view, download and print their scorecards through the online application portal i.e. https://entrance.kathmandu.gov.np/ .

The metropolis had announced the scholarship programme on April 16.

If students are dissatisfied with the published results, students can submit an application to the Education Department by June 3 (Jestha 20), along with a copy of their admit card and proof of payment of a 1,000 rupee fee. Additionally, if there are discrepancies in details such as name or gender in the form, or if a student’s application was approved under a reserved category for which they are ineligible and they wish to remove that category (note: adding a new category is not permitted), they are requested to submit an application with supporting documents by June 3 (Jestha 20).

A total of 14,057 students have passed the scholarship selection examination for admission to Grades 11 and 12 in institutional schools under the metropolis for the academic session 2083/84. Of the 26,888 students who applied online, applications of 26,603 were approved, while 22,020 students appeared for the examination.

Scholarship Examination
The scholarship examination took place on Sharwan 3, 2082 (Saturday) at 83 different examination centers.

This scholarship is for students to study in Grade 11 and 12 for the 2083/084 academic session in institutional (private) educational institutions operating under the Metropolitan City.

The examination for the scholarships was conducted across 83 centers. Out of 26,888 students who applied online - consisting of 16,549 male students, 10,333 female students, and 6 others—the applications of 26,603 students were approved. Of the approved applicants, 22,020 students participated in the examination.
