25 November 2019: TU publishes Programs Schedule for 45th Convocation Ceremony (Gown/Scurf/Cap distribution notice)
Tribhuvan University has published notice regarding Convocation Gown/ Scurf/ Cap distribution notice for its 45th Convocation Ceremony.TU 45th Convocation Ceremony is going to be held on on Monday, December 19, 2019 (2076/09/03) at Pulchowk Campus, Pulchowk(sports ground), Lalitpur.

According to the Convocation Main Celebration Committee member Secretary Pashupati Adhikari, this year as many as 10,178 graduates have applied to participate in the convocation ceremony. Last year 9,504 students had participated in the ceremony.

As per notice, Participants students are requested to be in their respective Convocation Gown/ Scurf/ Cap and should enter Pulchowk ground at 10:00 AM and sit accordingly as per seating arrangement. Students receiving the scholarship (P.hd) and convocation medal prizes are requested to sit in the front of the bar as per seating arrangement.

Gown / scarf / Cap distribution:
The Convocation Gown/Scurf/Cap distribution starts from 2076/08/25 to 2076/09/02 (will be distributed on holidays as well). Students can collect their Convocation Gown/ Scurf/ Cap at Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

16 October 2019: Convocation Form Fill up Deadline Extension notice
Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, Kathmandu has extended the deadline to submit the application form to participate in 45th Convocation of Tribhuvan University.

As per the new notice, students can submit the application form by Kartik 8, 2076.

Tribhuvan University, Office of the controller of Examination, Balkhu, Kathmandu has published form fill up notice to participate in upcoming 45th Convocation ceremony.

Students who have passed and have also received their academic transcript in the following mentioned dates are requested to fill the application form and are eligible to apply for the 45th Convocation Ceremony of Tribhuvan University. Application form should reach Tribhuvan University, Office of the controller of Examination, records or marksheet department within 19th October, 2019 .

Key dates:
> Application form distribution starts from: September 15, 2019 (Bhadra 29, 2076)
> Deadline to submit application form: October 19, 2019 (Kartik 2, 2076)

Eligibility
According to TU's 45th grace list, students who have passed their semester/ yearly exams of Bachelor, or Masters or M.Phil or PhD and also got the transcript in between June 15, 2018 to June 14, 2019 (Jestha 18, 2075 to Jestha 31, 2076) are eligible to apply.

Application form of other candidates who do not fulfill above mentioned criteria wont be accepted.

FEE DESCRIPTION
If student want to take their guardian (Maximum Number: 2) in the convocation they have to pay nonrefundable fee of NPR: 300 per each guardian.

Documents to be uploaded while filling the application form online: MRP sized Photographs, scanned copies of citizenship and transcripts.

Fee Description as follows:
> Level:Bachelor level
Convocation Fee:2,200 , Gown, Convocation Cap and Scurf Deposit Fee: 1500
Total: 3,700

> Level:Masters and M.Phil
Convocation Fee:2700 , Gown, Convocation Cap and Scurf Deposit Fee: 1500
Total: 4200

> Level:PhD
Convocation Fee: 3200 , Gown, Convocation Cap and Scurf Deposit Fee: 1500
Total: 4700

- Students must deposit the fees to the respective accounts of Tribhuvan University at Nepal Bank Ltd. and Global IME Bank Ltd.

- Students should print the pdf documents that they obtained via mail and must present themselves with the documents in the Exam Department to take Gown / Convocation Cap / Scurf.
