The French Embassy is currently accepting applications for the position of consular and Administrative Assistant

Consular and Administrative Assistant
The Selected candidates will be expected to join the French Embassy from July 1st, 2025. She/He will be responsible for tasks such as consular support, general administrative tasks and other duties in line with the candidate’s qualifications

Skills:
- Ability to multitask with precision and efficiency
- Ability to work in group, reactivity and ability to work under instruction
- Courtesy, ability to show restraint, discretion
- Respect and deadlines and professional rigor

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years or working experience
- Master’s degree preferred
- Proficiency of both English and Nepali
- French basic knowledge is a advantageous but not compulsory
- Previous similar experience preferred (in another diplomatic representation or within an international organization)
