Posiiton: Senior HR Associate (Nepalese Nationals Only)
- Location: Kathmandu

Position Overview
Under the guidance of the Head of HROD, the position is responsible for managing end-to-end HR administration functions related to appointments, contracting, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, staff benefits, insurance, HR reporting, and separation processes for staff and other personnel. The role ensures timely and compliant contract administration, maintenance of accurate HR records, efficient onboarding and employee services, and effective coordination with Finance and other units on payroll, benefits, and workforce matters. The position also supports HR process improvement and digitalisation initiatives, contributes to workforce analytics and reporting, and upholds high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, service delivery, and compliance in all HR operations.

Remuneration
This is a national position at ICIMOD. The starting annual gross salary for this position is NPR 115,727/- (negotiable based on experience and qualifications). Gross salary comprises of basic salary, provident fund, and family/post adjustment allowance.
